Please read the following information carefully. Once you have planned your travel please update the “travel” section of your profile! The Launch Arrival information is BELOW the training camp section you previously completed.
This information must be on your profile BEFORE December 17th.

We will provide a shuttle from the airport to Adventures in Missions for anyone arriving within the travel parameters! Make sure you tell us if you plan on taking the shuttle, or we cannot guarantee you a seat.
Please remember you are expected to adhere to the dress code throughout launch and your entire time on the field. If your clothing does not meet dress code standards, you will be asked to send those clothes home.
Travel Information
Your launch will begin on Saturday, January 8th!
If you are flying in:
Please book flights that arrive into Atlanta, GA (ATL) no later than 12:30 PM.
An Adventures in Missions shuttle will transport you from the airport to Launch. When your flight arrives, grab your pack from baggage claim, and then make your way to the South Baggage Area of the DOMESTIC TERMINAL. This should be the red, Delta side. There is an upper level pedestrian bridge near carousels #3 and #4. You can wait indoors at the top of that escalator.

If you are driving in:
Please plan to arrive at Adventures in Missions between 3:00 and 4:00 PM.
**If your parents are planning on attending Parent launch, please see note below.
Please bring your passport and any vaccine cards to registration.
Dinner WILL be provided.
If you have any conflicts with arrival times, contact your advisor before booking any travel.
Parent Launch Information
Your parents, should they choose to come to Parent Launch, will have the option of staying in a local hotel
The parents’ event begins on Saturday, January 8th at 1:00 PM!
They will receive additional information from Parent Ministry regarding their process.
**There will NOT be a shuttle available for parents – this is for Racers only and will not arrive by 1:00. Parents will need to rent a car to travel from the airport. If you need to arrive early with your parents so that they can participate in Parent Launch, we will have an area on campus for you to keep your bags and hang out until registration begins at 3:00.

* Please note: Racers are unable to receive mail or packages that get sent to Adventures in Missions. With that being said, it is NOT an option to mail letters or packages to Racers or staff there.
